Minor electrical works (e.g. replacing sockets, switches, and light fittings)
Please note that we do not undertake gas work, and electrical services are limited to minor works only. Any work requiring certification or specialist sign off is carried out by appropriately qualified professionals in line with regulations

We offer fair, transparent pricing tailored to the type and scale of work required. Our aim is to provide cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Works can be carried out hourly, daily or as quoted
London charges:
Call-out & labour £90 plus VAT
We typically charge a call-out fee which includes initial attendance, diagnosis, and the first period of labour.
Additional labour is charged at an hourly rate of £70 plus VAT per hour after
Parking to be added where necessary
Essex charges:
Call-out & labour £80 plus VAT
We typically charge a call-out fee which includes initial attendance, diagnosis, and the first period of labour.
Additional labour is charged at an hourly rate of £60 plus VAT per hour after

Materials
Materials are charged separately
Where necessary. we aim to provide cost effective, trade quality materials
Materials are charged separately.
Where we supply materials, these are charged at cost plus a 30% trade and handling fee. Clients may also provide their own materials if preferred. Please note that if supplied materials are incorrect or unsuitable for the work required, any additional time or costs to resolve this will be chargeable.
Material collection/delivery and some estimates/reports are chargeable. This will be made clear before any of the above commence
Quoted works
For larger jobs or planned maintenance, we provide fixed written quotations so you know the full cost upfront before work begins.
Invoice & payment terms
We provide clear, itemised invoices. Payment terms can be agreed depending on the client, generally 30 days
We accept Bank transfers only (no cheques or card payments)

Guarantees
Maintenance Works 12 months unless stated otherwise on our invoices
Enquires will always be handled by a human and never an automated system
Abortive Call-Outs
If an appointment has been agreed and we are unable to gain access due to no one being present or incorrect keys being provided, an abortive call out charge of £50 + VAT will apply. Any parking charges incurred will also be added to the invoice.
